Granny Smith apple crumble

Ingredients
  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g softened butter
  • 4 tbsp melted chocolate
  • A few mint leaves
  • A few gooseberries

Granny’s applesauce:

  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
Direction

Wash the apples and cut them into pieces, then cover and cook in butter over a low flame (15 min). Let cool.

Mix the flour, sugar and butter by hand into a crumble dough. Spread unevenly over a non-stick baking sheet and put in the oven for 5 minutes at 160°C.

How to serve

Before serving, divide the applesauce into four ramekins, sprinkle with the crumble and garnish with 1 tbsp of chocolate sauce, 2 redcurrants and 2 mint leaves.
